Soli® - Superior All-Weather Resistant Architectural Coatings

Our architectural coating "Soli®", composed of HYLAR 5000® PVDF resin. The molecular structure is [-CF2-CH2-]n, ratio of fluorine is 59+1%, and its end product is white color powder. As HYLAR 5000® PVDF doesn't absorb sunlight, it resists coating deterioration caused from oxidation from sunlight. The carbon fluorine chemical bond Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) has proven to be outstanding in all weather conditions performing the ability of corrosion resistant, dirt resistant and water splash.

Characteristics

  • Excellent Weather Durability & Color Retention
Extraordinary high C-F atomic bonding energy (110 Kcal/mol) exhibits strong intra molecular cohesive energy to perform the heat resistance, weather durability, chemical resistance and anti-ultraviolet. It shows the coating stability in outdoor decoration and protection.

  • Excellent Insulation & Environmental Anti-age
Extraordinary high C-F ionic bonding energy (403 Kcal/mol) exhibits dipole polymer structure to perform the superior optical and electric properties of insulation, low reflective index and low dielectric constant, also demonstrating its excellent properties of easy cleaning and environmental anti-age.

  • Excellent Non-Stick & Resistance of Vapor Penetration
The short radius of C-F bond (1.32A) exhibits the low critical surface tension (25 dyne/cm) to get the very weak interaction force within their inter polyner molecules that inherit the performance of lubrication, anti-stick, water and oil repellence and the resistance of vapor penetration.
